We have a true love of horses here at Chestnut Hill Farm and because of this you will find we are not just about the profit but also about the match and happiness of both new owner and horse. We try to get a majority of our "project" horses from local auctions where they would be heading to slaughter if not bought out. We try to select our horses based on ability to make someone an excellent pet but also a once in a lifetime riding companion. Our main goals here at Chestnut Hill Farm are trust, honesty and a match made in heaven!
 
          If you would like to "rescue" a horse that has come from the kill pen but would like the confidence of the horse being evaluated by a professional first this is your place. If we dont have what your looking for please let us know! There are so many horses that need loving homes, thousands ship off to slaughter weekly, your dream horse is out there!
 
          We also take horses on consignment should owners need to sell for unforgiving reasons. Please inquire for more information.

Kai : Kai is a 9 yr old 16.2H TB gelding. He has the flashy, fancy old fashion TB build with chrome, very sturdy. Kai has the most willing personality I have come across, not a mean or difficult bone in this horses body. Very uncomplicated. Goes on the bit easily and correctly, jumps nicely with correct striding everytime. LOVES the cross country sceen. He is bombproof and ends up being my babysitter. I would trust him with just about anyone!!! Has been off the track a yr now, has been to a handful of flat classes, 2 phases and a 3 phase and got nothing lower then a second place ribbon! The judges love him and there isnt much not to love! Still a bit green but coming along VERY nicely!!! Trailers, clips, bathes, loads, stands you name it he does it! This is a once in a lifetime horse who can take you to the top in the show ring or show you a great stress free time as a backyard boy. I am looking for an excellent home ONLY. Serious inquiries. $6500 or best offer, home is more important then price! Would consider the PERFECT free lease situation, would also consider on farm partial lease.

LOVES to strut her stuff with her lovely extended flowing trot. Super quiet, hunter pace superstar! Excellent babysitter. Great ground manners and easy to handle even at her size. She is a beautiful girl with a once in a lifetime personality.
